There's a small figure sitting propped up against the wall of one of the tunnels, all seven of his eyes shut tight as he seems to be warding off some kind of discomfort. It's a skeleton, and the one that Reira would recognize as the Warden.
Roman bounds up to his side, fogging at the mouth enthusiastically. Sans opens a couple of his eyes, catching a glimpse of Reira. He lifts a hand, and rubs Roman's head in a somewhat labored motion.
"Aw, hey buddy. You didn't have to bring the calvary. Just... tch... Just needed some directions."
Reira will immediately be able to sense that Sans is in pain, though there's no obvious wounds to be seen.
